I am hoping that will be the case, that they will just take their stuff and leave, just didn't know if there might be any legal things I might have success with like, restraining order or something of that effect, that could allow a little more protection on my part.

If you are choosing to do some time sensitive investments, perhaps you should consider a SDIRAS with checkbook control.Also, regarding your comment on wanting to buy and hold, this is not the best use of IRA funds in my opinion.
