While we, and many others that have seen our house, think that the colors we have selected are nice and clean we wonder if we need to repaint the house with one neutral color.

Assuming they didn’t like the mulched yard, I told them that the groundcover had been there since we bought it and nothing had changed about the yard; they had done an HOA inspection for violations at that time and only told us the trim of the home needed repainting.

You will want to do a little research on the suppliers to make sure you do not get a cheap knock off which will deteriorate quickly from UV .... otherwise, you will be repainting sooner than you would like.The only downside is they make large canvases for wayward youth with rattle cans.Now, if you are into dayglo orange or yellow, snow fence is pretty cheap ... we just unrolled 1500' of it a couple of weeks ago ... total cost w/ posts <$1200 ;)

One of the enamels is "washable"... gives you the opportunity to just scrub the walls versus repainting the entire home between tenants.

Realistically the best solution would probably be to repaint a different shade but I know thats costly and time consuming.
