simple answer yes this is mostly what I see from a wholesaler and a 90 day turn is tight especially like our local market froze for all of July and August almost nothing sold.As the previous person said the wholesaler isn't in it to make the end user money. 

They almost flooded the entire ceiling the first day because they couldn't even figure out how to turn the water all the way off.I am looking for an answer on how I can deal with this.

They did not answer this nor owned up to it and insisted its the paint but suggested they can pay the $250 now and if in a year the ceiling is damaged again i can pay them back?
