If you're planning to use an FHA loan or another owner-occupant loan, there are typically rules about tenant occupancy.

For tenants, we want to create a stable and comforting home so we only work with owners who are willing to invest in the property and make a true home for the tenants.

Is the assumption here that it's owner-managed and the owner is hiring help?
