Certainly possible, but I do think we are clearly entering a slowing economy at best which will weigh on buyer demand, and it’s not like we saw skyrocketing prices with prices in the mid 6’s earlier this year, granted there will be some psychological benefits from rates falling from 8 to 6.5, but hard to see a skyrocketing market again with rates still that high, or I could be totally wrong and prices could go up 20% and I’ll look like a total moron that’s why these predictions are fun lol.
