@Matthew Anderson I print the comps and get my average utility costs figured out.

I forget off-hand which one it is, but in the fine print of the appraisal report there is a certification that states the appraiser had adequate data to develop a credible opinion of value - clearly they don't and should have withdrawn from the assignment.They don't have enough comps.

Hi,  I hired a contractor for my basement remodeling.he worked 2 and half days, after that he didn't appear for the last two week.whenever I call him, he says he will come tomorrow, and tomorrow I don't see him.My concern is , so far we had verbal agreement, I gave him a list of work printed on paper, he looked into that, he has a copy, I have a copy.but we didn't sign , we agreed on total amount I need to pay.

I think they charge $4 per page to download/print deeds.

There's too many variables in a retail rent to look at a data print out of base rents ONLY and be able to tell what "market" is. 

Those are more properly called a pre-qualification and aren't worth the paper they're printed on. 

Print a copy and keep it next to your bed if you have too.

My lease is seven (7) pages long, well spaced, no fine print.
