Have you considered a flat fee MLS listing as a way to gauge interest and possibly sell?

I am curious of where people find these low priced homes, if it is my location that is the problem, and if $30k-$40k homes are still possible to flip?

When doing them, it is best to be in and out as quickly as possible and preferrable during the storm "off-season".

The property is in the Joshua Tree market so the next couple of months is the tail end of peak season and will start to slow going into April/May, so I'd like to be ready to operate as soon as possible to capture max revenue before summer. 

It is always important to have eyes on as soon as possible after a guest leaves.
