I took a class once from Paul Smith, the president of UAA, and it's impressive how much they do to keep Utah a more landlord friendly state.

I am not sure how far away you will be from Toledo but Anna Mills is the president there and it is a great local club. 

They have a website www.lenderloanscapital.com  but no info on founders, management or president etc.

Talk with the head (in many cases since the bank is so small it will be a Vice President) of commercial lending.
