I'd like to start with flushing every few years and replacing the anode rod every 5 years or just once with one of these powered rods.I am skeptical of the very positive product reviews since the review really needs to be submitted 10+ years after the installation to be meaningful and they never are.

Hello,I wanted to know if I have a below poor credit score would it be beneficial to first try to fix my credit or create an LLC and build my business credit to start investing in real estate and worry about my personal credit score later?

He built an amazing product and was selling to recapitalize and use the funds for his on going projects. 

Business credit allows a company to borrow money that can be used to purchase products or services.

I did check up on DLP ( goggle search)  because this peaked my interest .. they have large Internet presence.. they are a brick and mortar RE brokerage with about 30 agents then they also have a Hard money company.. and it looks like they just decided to add this JV product to their menu...

I do like Ring as well, but to my knowledge their product line is fairly limited compared to other whole home security systems.
