I totally understand the frustration of being under-valued by people who think that buying a house is as simple as shopping for a plane ticket or a car, but I think consultations eliminate this (or else eliminate the prospect), and even newer agents can have good success by taking the time to do a consultation with every buyer.

Id need to get a full rehab to deal with this.when we see a wrecked plane pilots always say well that will buff out or nothing a little duct tape cant fix LOL..

You would need a team that supports that semi-local market anyway and you would need to ask yourself how often you would truly want to make those 4+ hour road trips if the same can be done on a plane a few times a year.Best of luck on whatever path you pursue!
