I totally understand the frustration of being under-valued by people who think that buying a house is as simple as shopping for a plane ticket or a car, but I think consultations eliminate this (or else eliminate the prospect), and even newer agents can have good success by taking the time to do a consultation with every buyer.

Id need to get a full rehab to deal with this.when we see a wrecked plane pilots always say well that will buff out or nothing a little duct tape cant fix LOL..  

You would need a team that supports that semi-local market anyway and you would need to ask yourself how often you would truly want to make those 4+ hour road trips if the same can be done on a plane a few times a year.Best of luck on whatever path you pursue!

In my business plane, I laid out the price per sqft for other commercial businesses and what I would charge.

my plan is to have 3-5 rentals eventually, not planing to use a lender for my 1st if a company is better for my plan, what type would you recommend ?

@Gilbert Chan you really need to get on a plane and visit Indianapolis and meet / interview your prospective team members in person.

That said, I am considering to change careers ;) Are they chartering a plane too?
