Are there any companies that can help set up LLC and does accounting for STR?

Once everything is set up, you'd do everything for your business through your LLC, including paying bills and taking payments.  

It is kinda hard to set up.

If I had it to do over again I may go the route @Julie McCoy suggests as the up front cost for my two-piece system is (~$175 per lock and $100 for each hub) is substantial and you do have to do a little setup.

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

The whole set up was listed as 10k.Works for me and will do it again when in a sunny place.

This isn't a bad setup at all, but still has some holes.
