Glad you found someone Jon, I really hate seeing Business Owners struggle or go under because of low quality Bookkeepers that don't make accurate financials for the Owners to make better decisions. 

I use quality TP from Sam’s Club and supply 3 full rolls in each bathroom, adding a fourth for up to 7 night stays.

When they move to a new area, they hire a quality local property management firm to manage the rental for them longer term. 

The new GC will likely want to inspect the previous GC's work to ensure it meets quality standards and to identify any potential issues.

Investors way more experienced than me suggest building a portfolio of high quality properties that produce well instead of a ton of low quality under performing properties. 

The owner/manager has been very responsive about calling an exterminator, but cleaning the kitchen counter of rat poo every morning is...memorable.You're spot on about getting a good cleaner; they can make or break the quality of the guest's stay.Keep up the good suggestions, and thank you!

C class renovations are of less quality than a B  ( The  cheap Lowes Commodes vs a decent American Standard for example) and in many Indy areas the C class homes we always a C class area and the original home was built cheaply.
