On occasion we load up the station wagon with stuff we no longer need and donate it to the Habitat for Humanity Restore.

On those rare occasions when the seller is not providing anything which I am involved in one now, is a nasty divorce or partnership split and they have to shed assets - those are usually a quick(er) close in lieu of full due diligence with a hard money loan up front to make things happen.

That cant be accurate unless you have a kitchen w 3 cabinets and you go cheap.Dumpsters.... been doing this almost 20 years and I still forget dumpsters on occasion or it take more dumpsters than I thought.2200 sf of floors.

We have tried on a few occasions only to be told that there are no other properties like it in the area making it impossible to determine the value.

Police were summoned on multiple occasions, but ultimately we weren't able to evict on that basis... she also happened to be  behind on her rent and that was just cause for eviction.
