IMO, BP is definitely experiencing some growing pains. 

I've been listening to many BP real estate podcasts over the last few months and did some research on this area and it doesn't seem like the economy in the area is growing.

They don't realize you pay the money and you do more work, but you grow quicker and the magic is in the other people also paying the money - your tribe.

What I want are countertops that have a subtle slope built in 3-4" around the sink edge so that water drains naturally. 

This is a major reasons bay area investors look in the midwest in faster growing cities.
