Hi Yolanda,A brand new oven off by 40 degrees, maybe take that one back for another one, and test the new one.I'd say that's basically a stove with no oven.As far as the shelf, those little shelf kits are not tough enough for a rental (they fall down).Having a wooden brace screwed or nailed to both the shelf and the wall on each end is much more robust. 

I can take a set of 4 or 5 cabinets out of a remodel and save them for a later rehab's laundry room. 80SF of good flooring that's too small to cover a remodeled room now fits into a closet or bathroom later. 10 foot 2x4s torn down from a drop ceiling get the nailed & cracked ends cut off and become 8 foot wall 2x4s.

But their cost was significantly more than I would pay at the mobile home store.Also, just in case this is something for consideration with your house – in the case of these windows that this store orders they have the nail fin and they are handy to have the vinyl siding fit into the J-channel?

You nailed it @Todd Dexheimer - SFRs and garden-style apartments/condos will benefit from the move away from elevator necessary buildings.

That means inserting another joist of similar size and attaching it to the existing joist with glue and nails.

Independent and franchise restaurants, nail salons, spas all will see their numbers fall.
