@Michael Wagner hit the nail on the head (and so did everybody else) - this is goiong to vary based on location, the perception of "need" in the area for self storage, and (sometimes) in how you've actually make the facility look from the street.

The registry will list how much the landlord is charging for rent, the size of the rental and how many rooms it has, plus contact info for landlords.They put a cap on late fees and that residents will get more notice before they can be evicted.

Any good deal will go very quick and like you said, out of state, or recent arrivals are buying anything not nailed down so prices continue to climb.best wishes
