Is there anyone that does not use a military clause because of the SCRA Act?

I’m currently in the military and have times where I leave the area for extended periods of time.

Even in the off-season, there's enough demand driven by the massive military presence and industry in the area. 

These factors include ports/airports, military bases, colleges, hospitals, big business moving in (Amazon, Boeing etc.)

We’re a military family and we do have two boys so as you all have heard or argued yourself about safety or raising a family while running a rental could be hectic for sure.

I was in the military too though....so your "1 year" might be longer or shorter or who knows when. 

Within a 2 mile drive to the Military Base.

I'm at the tail end of my Military career and I'm looking to get started  on my way towards financial freedom.
