If it was signed by the seller - that definitely means you were release. 100% of money back to you "usually" means, no damages to the seller 🤷‍♀️ but indeed look into that with your state statues.

The statue is 504B.178 https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/504B.178As a recap get their new address then use the law to pressure them to stay or least pay you as much of your damages as possible.
