I put my tenant criteria in my listing, but I still get close to 100 inquiries each time, with most just kicking the tires.

I've had lots of inquiries but no-one has had good enough credit to get pre-approved or write an offer.

In my opinion once a new member joins the BP team, he/she should consider browsing through the site searching for tutorials and a host of resources to assist them with inquiries related to real estate.

That being said, I guess to point of my initial inquiry to your reply is: Is the monthly rent the factor that is holding me back as opposed to the credit score issue in your opinion?

All those credit pulls within a 14 or so day window will count as one hard inquiry.

I'm just saying that I've done many loans for people, and if they did not disclose to me that they co-signed on something, I would have no way of knowing if it didn't show up on their credit.If his landlord pulls your credit as part of the process to qualify your brother, that inquiry will show on your credit for a period of time and the lender will ask you for an explanation of it.

Less than a day later I received an inquiry!

I had about 30 inquiries within the first 48 hours of posting on Zillow, and 6 or 7 staggered showings on the Saturday after I listed.

You need to build reviews and reputation, and bad reviews will severely hurt you.If the inquiry fees like spam, it probably is.
