They position themselves in the information flow, absorb information from as many sources as possible, and are on a never-ending search for new ways to improve themselves, their business, and their ability to provide a greater level of service to their customers and value to other fellow human beings. 

The police then protects the rights of this human being, preserving their rights in front of an eviction judge.

I guess everyone has a start somewhere.I want to apologize to the world, bigger pockets and humanity for not being a perfect all knowing human being.I shouldn't have asked for the expertise and advise from more experienced people. 

I never considered the idea that volunteering at Habitat for Humanity would teach me about building houses.

I can be the most trustworthy meticulous cleaner ever and still zone out and forget to check something - its called human error.

Network with as many like mined people as possible, get a mentor or a few mentors and pick their brains as much as humanly possible,  start a side hustle, build their credit and income as much as possible and save as much as they possibly can towards an investment. 

Here is my take; humans can do just as much damage to a unit as a pet.

I understand that there are bumps along the way when you're dealing with human beings, and I am very patient.
