If it was 20 years ago and they had the same name, its gonna be an uphill battle to go back now after someone has been paying taxes on a property and probably upgraded it during that time.

I'm looking to just try it out and hear from the experiences of others first

It’s my first deal so I was kind of worried about it, but I feel more confident now about how to move forward with this property, as well as any future properties. 

At that time I will get the house cleaned up and list it on the market and when it sells I've agreed to get reimbursed my costs for reinstatement plus any other costs plus a fee for my efforts.

I carry 3 spares in my truck at all times and just swap them then fix on my own time.

When I go into quickbooks, I can generate profit & loss statements any which way I like for whatever time period I'm interested in and see how each property is performing.

I'm having a hard time understanding what it means and how it's being calculated.Thanks in advance!
