Once a year I get a call from a "concerned" neighbor about the "language" used by a tenant or contractor - usually complaining about "the F word" (why does no one call to complain about "the S word"??). 

Contractor costs are so dependent on market that I hesitate to even through out a number, but my last flip of a fire-damaged house which was a "full gut" --including full rewire and plumbing-- was $88 per s/f.

Go ask them and f they say no, you just wasted your tIme and my time since I read thIs thread.

I would have made sure that they both qualified alone, or were closer to qualifying so if something like this happened you wouldn't be completely f$cked.
