Hey Alex,This is a great question and really depends on your timeline.If you think you're unsure to the point where you'll sit our for a while you'll probably want to put your money safer, longer-term investments.If you're thinking about jumping in soon you might want to keep that cash on hand or in assets that can easily be liquidated to be able to make the move when the time comes.You can consider some higher risk/reward investments based on your comfort but I'd recommend minimizing the percentage of your portfolio you expose to those asset classes.Best of luck!

Are they doing everything they can to expose properties to the widest possible market?

My "lender" friend will want to know...Are DSTs exposed to declining value of the underlying asset(s)?

The house uses propane, but the unit installed was for natural gas and it started a little fire and fried all the circuitry.  

Many of the travel nurses right now are specifically working with Covid patients and so just be aware they could be potentially exposed to Covid and then bring it into your home.

Thievery was common--small time stuff but all the time- I'd fill the propane tank, the neighbors would help themselves, the tank would be empty the next time I went.
