In researching properties today, I found a number of examples in the seattle area where multiple separate buildings on one parcel are logged as "present use" with the total units.

I think the home may go under contract today with a full price offer. 

This is actually they entire reason I started my own PM company- I believe that the % you pay is for them to handle the day to day stuff like this, seems unethical to charge more when they actually have to put in some work.

The kicker is that they never disclosed this to us previous to closing on the house, and they requested this a week later (today). 

Despite my efforts to educate them on this topic, they remain convinced.

Should I attend now or spend a few more months educating myself before going?
