I'm new to the iPad and didn't know that even when you choose to view the "iPhone only" apps, you can still download them on the iPad and most will work.

It is hard to get in and contribute to the forums with school and work but from what I have seen the networking that is done here is an invaluable asset.If you haven't done so already, I would suggest downloading a podcast streaming app for your phone to listen to the BP podcasts in your car.  

I downloaded the BP rental application, but I see it says we require no more than 2 people were bedroom.  

One reason I no longer invest in Pinal County is the assessor does not have a public download for the database (that was maybe 10-years ago, may have changed now) so you needed to buy it from the the State dept. of revenue.
