By the way, makes no difference if you register your LLC here in SC as a domestic corporation, or establish your LLC in VA and then register it in SC as a foreign corporation -- you still need a registered agent with a physical address in either case.

The statistics in both Canada and the U.S.A. over the last couple of decades indicate the opposite: in situations of separation/divorce and child custody it is more common for the man to leverage the fiscal imbalance between his income and the woman's to prolong proceedings and force financial hardship on his ex-partner and their children or, for the man to simply be a deadbeat and abandon his children.My wife carries out research in this area, much of the domestic violence, police and court statistics paint a very dour portrait of the behaviour of men.
