does anyone know about AMAZONS Puzhong's New Spire prefabricated House Container House B&B with Bathroom and Kitchen

You get a 4% discount for paying in Nov of every year versus March, technically every month you pay early is 1% but caps at 4%. 

(Kitchen bathroom doors flooring etc) Probably currently worth appx 20k as is but has potential to get around 80-90 with some work or 100-120 with a total rehab could possibly even make into 2 apartments and Brrrr it.

Have put some work into it, refinished bathroom, revamped landscaping, new front and back porches.

Don't discount areas that arent "hot".

For example, doing the kitchen,paint and floors in the 2 months before moving in and then moving to bathroom renovations or adding a master suite addition while living in the property.Depending on you jurisdiction and capital you can use the value add house hack to even add an adu to increase the density. 

Thanks VG.Time is money and we let go of landlords that are too demanding and won't allow us to do our job properly.For a large chunk of business like this, I guess it's ok to discount prices a bit and be flexible.Back in the day I was stubborn and not flexible at all.It served me well I guess but nowadays I'm a bit more experienced and a lot more understanding lolBut it does seem like we would have to eat too much $#%@ if we took this business on.Granted, I personally don't mind chewing on it all the way to the bank but it's my team that has to eat it also and to me, they are the one's doing the hard work and making it all happen.So protecting them is my priority.Thanks again for your comment mate 👍

After some time we are able to renovate with new flooring, new paint, new light fixtures, new bathroom fixtures and vanity, new kitchen countertops, and painting the kitchen cabinets and new cabinet hardware for about $7500 on a 1/1 or 2/1 apartment.

Visible dirt/dust on almost every surface, trash (including Q-tips) left on bathroom floor, toilet not cleaned, food splatter around kitchen, smudges on walls, windows and mirrors, list goes on...
