If you intend to vacate, the original lease agreement states you have to provide a 30 day written notice of your intent to vacate.

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.If you think you will go FHA, Conventional, FHA 203k, etc. and then Quit Claim the property, to a Corporate Entity, or a Land Trust you run the risk of the lender discovering a Title Transfer occurred and activating the "Acceleration Clause" or "Due on Sale Clause" that requires the loan to be paid in full, within 'x' number of days.

check to see if there is still 179 on airplanes.. and then put it in the rental fleet at a very good FBO and then use it when you want to visit your new holdings your 1031 into.. buy RV's and put them in rental fleets.most syndicated RE projects these days will have some tax benefits.. just musing here..
