@Tim Watkins, it sounds like you have a 2-person LLC, and assuming you did not elect to be treated as a corporation, it will be treated as a partnership for tax purposes.

Hello to all, I plan to form a corporation for my future real estate investing business. 

It is deemed a sale at FMV even though you are just transferring it out of the S-corporation. 

I am 22 years old currently and at age 19 I became the youngest General Manager for McDonald's Corporation, EVER.

My property manager told me he's seen people do this, only to have the corporate veil easily pierced in a lawsuit because the mortgage is still under the individual's personal name.  

Day to day, I work as the Marketing Exec for Victorious Lone Star Realty Corporation. 

Sika, Titan Bank has it's corporate headquarters in Dallas and has a dedicated department for Solo 401k's. 

I manage short-term (Airbnb/vrbo) and corporate rentals in Colorado Springs and interestingly am active on a lot of travel nurse found too--thinking they are good tenants for when tourist season slows down.

I’m giving myself 3 years and I will never work another corporate job again.
