I have had office space in Astoria for 5 out of my 7 years in the business and it remains my favorite place to work.Newer developments present a wide range of opportunities, including:Affordable housing rental unitsNew high-rise condominium buildings Small boutique condo developmentsMixed-use buildings2-4 family new-construction residential propertiesFilm studiosAstoria’s high cost of living is akin to other neighborhoods in the ‘outer boroughs’ with Manhattan views or proximity to the island.

@Rhett Tullis  is there much new apartment construction coming on line in OKC for 2024? 

They offer new construction. 2-4 units all over San Antonio. $515K-$1.1M depending on what you are looking for.

Other vaccines in the area are at $16-$20 SF but they are not as centrally located as us and most  are old construction  being 40-50 years old. 

Even their still under construction web page has errors.And their Google listing shows "Permanently closed".No - Just...No!!! 

Commercial deals focus on the numbers, location in terms of population density and logistics, quality of construction, etc..

If one can make construction money by building the charging stations for investors there is a pile of money to be made until the private operators give up competing with government subsidized charging.

I'm wondering if I'm missing anything: Mortgage (20% down, so no PMI) HOA Electricity Gas (None, as the new construction house has an electric stove—everything is electric) Water Bill Camera Security System Internet Lawn Care Regular MaintenanceQuestions: Will I need to pay for trash? 

FYI - I checked with my insurers about increasing the coverage values, and I was told by the agent that is the value their construction cost algorithm shows and, while my choice, I would overinsure by paying for more coverage.On the surface, it's great insurance - more coverage for less premium.
