Not bad for 2 days.This is the last unit to rehab on a quad purchase from Dec 2021 that I will be up ~$1m after the rehab is completed.  

I completely agree with the advice and I'm perfectly okay with not charging him rent.My concern is that by treating this property differently from all the other units in the Series LLC, I may be opening myself up to a situation where I'm weakening my LLC protections even if I keep the financials separate and in order.

All the companies you mention are primarily turnkey companies.

I think it was $7.5M.  51% of our investors formed a group, took over the property, completed the renovations, and sold the property.

Usually an appraisal can be transferred to a new lender, so as long as it wasn't completed 90+ days ago, it should still be valid.

I’d throw in its cleaner energy, but if that was really a factor we’d be building nuclear plants. 

Completely changed our wholesale and rehab business.  

Then wait until it is about 5-6 months from completion and start selling your old properties.
