I'm happy to share my K1 examples with you to help visually explain. 

I am the owner/project manager for a Audio Visual Installation company (Teatrograde LLC) and have worked with General contractors in several home builds and remodels (7 new constructions, 3 Remodels/rebuilds).

Create graphs to show visualization of the data within a market.

You can also put a big sticker or some other visual reminder on the IRA LLC card to ensure you do not use it inappropriately.

@Anita Moore-Bohannon  I think it's really tough to know without visually inspecting the property. 

One thing I'll caution you on is to not judge an area as "good" or "bad" based on a visual inspection alone.  

Really difficult to visualize but in general keep the rooms that will be lived in the most with the ocean view so living room, master bedroom and kitchen/ dining.

We will obviously be trying to have these in the most visually appealing area outside the home (aka not on the front of the house).

Also, ask your coach to show you a visual of how that structure is modeled.

What comes first questions are always two sided and can be answered that a lot of steps happen simultaneously.For example, don't spend too much time researching a business name, logo, or anything visual that can be changed.
