@Ivan Lopez I agree with Adrien S. the only thing I really have different in my criteria is the 80-100% equity, you can cast a wider net if you lower the equity, and there will still be plenty of room for profit.My criteria is as follows:SFR1-4 Bed25-100% equity Owned 4 yearsIm looking for wholesale deals, flips, sub 2 deals, pretty much anything that I can make work.Best of luck with the campaign!

I just got back from celebrating my 21st birthday in Las Vegas!

Now before we celebrate having one alternative to foreclosure let us not forget that ANY forgiveness of principal by a Mortgagee is an income event for the borrower.
