So at 23 years old I’ve gotten off to a decent start at this fun and exciting real estate thing.

I love to have fun and travel when I can.

The journey's twice as much fun then.

Fun, fun. 

Those are more fun than the ones on straightaways, or so I hear...hahaha. 

I didn't close a deal, but it was fun hunting!   

I remember reading a book several years ago about an investor who specialized in this  (it could have been this one: "Swapping Real Estate for Fun and Profit"), but I need something a little more specific. 

anyway, i fell through the floor to the kitchen and had to spend more money in patching all that and fixing the floor. fun times lol.

Most people who achieve this goal will still work a regular job, because they realize that sitting at home while everyone else is at work is not that much fun.
