Tenants moving on their own volition also saves lots of money on relocation fees.The gross income last August was $6,100.We then started to fix up the units, made private decks, put in heat pumps in the upstairs units and radiant heating in downstairs units, re-did the landscape, put in covered and secure bike parking, fixed some plumbing issues, and took out a bunch of carpet.

You do not need the added expense of a trailer with wheels to perch them on; simple blocks for foundations will do.I am not particularly fond of rat-hole sized dwelling places being passed on as "homes", though in the case of an 8'x40' HC container, one can make a decent sized dwelling, with a bedroom, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and a removable deck outside.

I know other tools are needed, like a cutting blade, hammer, pry bar or flat head screwdriver for removing tack strips.I know to use adhesive remover but do I use that on the carpet or try to get the carpet separated from the adhesive then use it on left over adhesive?
