I think it's a great idea to invest while you are playing, and that way you'll have opened yourself to a lot of freedom by the time you are done with baseball and you won't be pressed to find work or not take a break, etc.I definitely don't think landlording would be all that wise because what happens if you are playing a series and can't get to the property in case of emergency or if you have to coordinate repairs and such?

, no washer/dryer in the unit (ok, give them that), HOA fees too high (like i control that)then i gave it to my agent and she had luck. we had to lower the list price 2k, but got it done.all in all, not a bad payday, but i'd be hard pressed to do another one like that.
