If starting a new business what skills and experience do you have that leads you to the house flipping business as opposed to opening up a bar or something like that?

Unless you're trying to do keg stands or shots at the bar of a meeting, no one thinks less of you or is concerned about your age.

My favorite bar in the world is on Lower Sardine, stunning location and fun old school camp vibe.

I don't agree with it, but it happens.Sounds like the bar is low on the tenants if you are waiting on them to get evicted If your goal is to get them to leave, then yes, raise the rent and get them out.
