If you get into Series LLCs, you may want to speak with an attorney in your state to see if there are any special requirements there, as several states have been considering whether Series LLCs need stricter name requirements.

We realize that house hacking is a good way to get started, but have struggled with leaving downtown as we like it so much.Due to a series of related events, we decided to that we should at least look at areas we like to frequent (Ohio City, Tremont and Detroit Shoreway)(these are neighborhoods the border downtown Cleveland for those not familiar.

Hi guys,I'm assuming many of you on here are familiar with Robert Kiyosaki and his Rich Dad, Poor Dad series of books; particularly the book of the same title and also Cashflow Quadrant.

I first got interested from watching shows on TV and had a passive interest in doing so.
