wow, that's a new one on me. though I have seen ads on cl with those scams ran a time or two. they pour on some religious and save the children type act that they run somewhere abroad so they can't be there to show the property. hopefully there's no liable claims against you from those victims that actually sent monies....Kudos,Mary

Michael, all good points here by everyone.Make sure you do check out our local meetup, you can meet experienced flippers and maybe people looking for lending too.My only advice is this: as much as you think you know by being behind the monitor, about profits, comps, and estimating repairs by pictures, you will have a rude awakening in the real world with zero flipping experience.
