If they are just bugging the police and needlessly wasting their resources, you may be able to have them come testify on your behalf, or at least show that there were never any charges or tickets from police substantiating her claims.

thanks...i called the local police about my options, and they said it was my call--I dont even think they were listening to me...but yeah, I did put a call into my lawyer and he is going to get back to me....for now I just moved there stuff in the basement/storage area---Come to find out with a little research they scammed me pretty good.

In this case, with both the LL and the doughnut chompers being essentially non-responsive, tenants need to document the situation and send certified NOTICE to LL, the Chief of Police, and, if necessary, CC the local news media.Document the situation with letters, photos, and multiple written tenant statements.

Depending on how much damage, there could need to be a police report and a claim filed with the placed insurance that the seller has (bank), or the seller can negotiate some kind of consessions to the buyer to avoid all of that.
