I've stayed in a dozen or more AirBnB rentals, all of them in major cities (Austin, Dallas, Riverside, LA, Denver, Nashville, Orlando, etc.).

So I’m closing on my first house in a couple weeks in the greater Orlando area.

We're currently outside of Orlando and have been looking to find something in our backyard (within 30ish miles or so)Our situation:    -We have pretty much no debt at all, including owning our home.

Dustin,I am working in Florida, mostly in the Space Coast area and Orlando.

It is in driving distance to major attractions in Florida (2 hours to Miami and 2 hours to Orlando), and is a safe city with housing that is still affordable.

When they took industrial arts out of the high schools in Orlando it was a HUUUUGE mistake.

This is how I think of it...Orlando for example, people go there because they want to experience Disney and the various theme parks surrounding that area.

What General Contractor you guys are using in the market of Orlando?

Talked to my leasing coordinator from the PM company on Friday and was told all rentals they manage in the  broader Orlando area are at least 2-3 weeks now.
