C'mon man these properties are risky enough already in Memphis.FIRE THIS PM IMMEDIATELY and try to salvage the second half of the years rents. exactly and a little off topic but i would certainly check with your insurance carrier and make sure you still have fire insurance.. many times insurance only allows 60 days between tenants after that your no longer covered.. ( they know vacant houses get torched) you can then buy a vacant house rider..

So many options to choose from, unfortunately your Allstate agent does not have access to them.If you want to look into options, do not contact other Home and Auto companies like Allstate, but rather Independent Insurance agents who represent multiple insurance carriers specializing in the REI space.I'll drop you a PM with some company names.
