You could try a non-qm lender (non-qm is a term that came out of Dodd/Frank legislation that denotes a loan that doesn't qualify for conventional financing or "non-qualifying mortgage).Many lenders do non-qm and offer bank statement programs. 

Its so easy to attack an individual or to make generic claims against wholesalers or copy and paste what some state legislator has published about wholesaling (because politicians are complete experts right?)

There can be substantial differences.In my area, creating a metroplex-wide fluid school system, enough for public districts to not matter, would take substantial taxation/legislation changes....which isn't likely.
