We work with international investors, mainly from Asia but are headed over to London in October to participate in a big investors trade show there.

Aside from the temporary shut down for hospitality type workers, Trade Shows are closed, manufacturing is on hold, products cant get sold etc.

I've put together YouTube videos which explain my selling process, and I also packaged those together into a DVD which I can hand out to prospective clients or mail to FSBOs, Expireds, and Zillow Make-Me-Moves.  

I told them that it is my belief that FS is not required for ADU, based on state law.Today I received a email from the city attaching a guidelines for determination of sprinkler requirements handout, which shows a table indicating that the city requires detached ADU with a FS, no matter whether the existing structures has it or not.I just send back an email attached the state fire marshal info bulletion IB 17-001, which specifically exempt detached ADU where existing structures does not have FS, and requested that requirement be waived.I will see how it goes and keep this diary as we move forward.

I think the city is getting away from giving the big handout packages to these companies so I would be surprised to see this large of a move into Austin anytime soon. 

How you approach them can also be important so you do not want to come across as needy or with your hand out either, rather, come across as experience, knowledgeable and worth their time.

I also bring along a hand out with a foreclosure hotline on it with a list of options to pursue that has a basic explanation of each one.

If I feel that they are tire kicking or something that bothers me I don't hand out the application form, I just say to contact me if they wish to apply.If they are handed an application or if they gave me their application I always ask to see their ID to make sure the person who showed is the person who applied.

The people that voted for him are the lazy, entitled leeches that will endorse any hand out that is offered them. 

Personally, I have about 20 tenants or so on section 8 and the program is great you get paid every month...the key is properly vetting tenants and having the right property manager.On a side not...I hate the program itself...our country needs to create a program that is a hand up, not a hand out...but thats a whole different thread.
