This may be a good thing on your end as it may push things back to July when you have your cash.Financing is always tough in the beginning, until you start reporting income on the flip houses and paying tax you will continue to struggle with this. 

The same type of logic goes into the business of payday loans but we all know that they are predatory and do harm to those who are struggling financially.

Example: a tenant used a pile of leftover bricks behind a shed, that were of no value, to construct a very nice sand-based patio in a spot of the yard near the house that has always struggled to have anything grow there.

Finding people who want to buy, struggling selling a property, investors to locate properties and many many more.

I'm really struggling to get a lender for this property (Marquette said no).
