It's a double skip process that requires gathering owner information on the LLCs from the secretary of state or corporationwiki (as @Eliott Elias stated), and then skipping the owner which is why you will only find a handful of companies that can do this accurately.

That attorney should have creditor rights background in the state to understand what you can and cannot do. 

In my case this week this was full title insurance for me as a lender in 4 hours which as stated is the fastest service I personally have gotten.

So I'm guessing it might depend on your state laws and personal situation. and make sure you know of any sticky items that would eliminate the protection you get from the LLC.

This combined with minimum footage for a bedroom means many lofts do not quality in CA as a bedroomDifferent states will have different requirements for what constitutes a bedroom.  

You should follow the necessary steps that your state requires.
