Hello BiggerPockets  Community,I'm a contractor/consultant in Northern Virginia providing Home Automation (The Internet of Things - "Smart" devices), Security & AudioVideo design & installation services for both commercial and residential properties.

Many landlord will install separate utility meters in multis to off load this expense. 

@GrantAndersonI recently did a lot of research into these "green" programs for solar, energy efficiency windows & doors, tankless water heaters, etc.  

The electrical wiring is a mess, there is significant evidence of water intrusion, and there are improperly installed support beams.

If the locks, you have changed, are still in good shape just install them at a new address.My father has been buying and selling commercial real estate for about 45 years and he has taught me a little bit.  

What drywall installers would you suggest? 

Half, if not more, of the construction crew couldn't do the basics; installing a sink, plugging in the stove, etc.
