I learned the hard way when I had rentals.. that leases expiring in nov dec were a bummer.. also your right we are all dying  one day at a time :)  Its funny I think about that.. and as all you folks are trying to build portfolios I am selling.. and trying to simplify.

If you have a good enough relationship with the seller that they agree to work directly with the end buyer to arrange times to see the property that does simplify the coordination but it is not without risk for you and your deal.
