Can i represent myself as an agent?

Your role is to protect your interest.Arrangements like this typically require 3 sophisticated or represented parties.It is possible that 1 attorney could set up a new LLC (or other org) with each current LLC becoming a 1/3 member.  

Short version: Can you please advise on how to deal with having an agent representing us, but other agents not wanting to meet with us without her when she is unavilable?

Pros,  MLS access, networking, save on commissions,Cons  Expensive (around 2.5K for me in Chattanooga), slightly less freedom in deal making because of required disclosures and prohibition on talking to represented parties.  

Hey Y'all (I'm not really from Texas, but I feel its my duty as a transplant to try to fit in as much as I can),I am an attorney representing mortgage lenders in all aspects of mortgage default: foreclosure, bankruptcy, tax sale, loss mit, etc., in my day job.   

In my personal experience (might have just been the individual and not representative of the company), they did not get up on the roof, they did not get into the crawl space, and they missed a handful of minor but worthy issues I would have noted inside the house.

I will give you a perfect example why agents are not on your side even if exclusively represent you.

I am not represented by a Realtor any longer as my Realtor (the only land specialist in the area) proved to be incompetent but that's a story for a different day.  

Since you can't be there, your friend becomes your representative, so make sure they understand what is required by the law for your jurisdiction.Talk with your friend right away and find out what they saw, what they did, and what their impression of the situation is.  

*In any case, the representatives at FayServicing already told me that I needed the homeowner to request a payoff letter.
