In my experience the basics for a functional RE based CRM are:Custom Fields for Data Objects (Leads, Prospects, Applications, Buildings, Units, etc...)A Screening Engine (background/credit checks, employment verification, etc)Online Rental Application (this should automatically run the application through screening)Ability to mass email/sms leads and tenants to provide informationSurveys/Inspection formsI've been building real estate CRM tools for years.

Seems like out of no-where that BP has replaced David and Rob on the OG Podcast.Dave Meyers thanks David for his contribution in about a sentence and doesn't even mention Rob.No exit Podcast which tells me that it wasn't super amicable.

BUT, when you “accept” business that has low profitability, takes an inordinate amount of time, is outside your area of expertise, or does not add to your reputation for expertise, you’re replacing highly profitable business that does add to your reputation as an expert and leads to more profitable business.
